-> I think a lot of overachievers struggle with this! I think the key is to really just take a long break, however long u need until u learn to not associate your self worth with your achievements and also to have friends that love u for u not your titles/labels/surface level things/what you provide.
sometimes we have to repeat things twice for people who do not know as many words :(
